Mugilan Farm Introduction
The owner of the farm, Wu Chun-fa, was the former executive chef of Hai Ba Wang. When the agricultural association promoted a plan for every township to have its own leisure activities, Wu Chun-fa resolutely resigned from his high-paying job and returned home to build the community. Charcoal kilns were once common in Sanchih several decades ago, but now only two sites remain. Wu Chun-fa has restored the abandoned charcoal kiln at his home, and in addition to the kiln, he has meticulously designed a blackboard stone pathway, a pen holder tree pavilion, lush bamboo groves, and themed dining experiences. The Wooden Sandal Farm is a paradise, perfect for visiting on weekends to enjoy baked sweet potatoes.
