Mugua Liao Farm Introduction
The owner of the farm, Wu Chun-fa, was the former executive chef of Haibawang. When the agricultural association promoted a plan for each township to have leisure activities, Wu Chun-fa resolutely resigned from his high-paying job and returned to his hometown for development. Charcoal kilns were once common in Sanzhi decades ago, but now only two sites remain. Wu Chun-fa restored the abandoned charcoal kiln at his home and meticulously designed a black slate walkway, a pen holder tree gazebo, lush bamboo forests, and themed dining experiences. Muku Liao Farm is a paradise in the wilderness, where visitors can enjoy baking sweet potatoes on weekends.
