The owner of the farm, Wu Chun-fa, was the former executive chef of Haibawang. When the agricultural association promoted the "One Village, One Leisure" plan, Wu Chun-fa resolutely resigned from his high-paying job to return home and build the community. Charcoal kilns were once common in Sanjhih decades ago, but now only two sites remain. Wu Chun-fa has refurbished the abandoned charcoal kiln at his home, and in addition to the kiln, he has carefully designed a black slate path, a pen tree pavilion, lush bamboo forests, and themed dining spaces. The Wooden Clogs Farm is a perfect paradise where you can come to cook sweet potatoes on weekends.

Transportation Methods：【Public Transportation】1. There are no bus services nearby, it is recommended to take the Tamsui Bus 866 or 876 to the Houtien Station and then take a taxi up the mountain. 【Driving】1. Take National Freeway No. 1 and exit at the Wugu Interchange → connect to Provincial Highway 15 → connect to Provincial Highway 2 → turn right onto Section 1, Beixin Road (County Road 101) → continue straight along Beixin Road and turn right onto Qingxi Road, following the signs to reach your destination.
