Tou Wei Tea Introduction
Established in 1981 (with ancestors cultivating tea and outsourcing processing to other factories before establishing their own), the farm employs organic farming methods, producing only one-third of the yield compared to typical tea regions, aiming to create clean and uncontaminated healthy products. The tea production follows traditional heavy fermentation methods, resulting in a tea liquor with a ripe fruit aroma and a darker amber color. The traditional charcoal roasting method is maintained, offering a unique flavor that preserves well without deteriorating, and improves in aroma over time. The products are entirely different from commercially available teas, marketed through home delivery.
