Wulai Sky Gondola Introduction
Wulai Gondola is located in the Wulai District of New Taipei City. It is a round-trip gondola that leads into the YunSen Paradise, operating since August 1967. When one car is ascending, another is descending, making it a signature attraction of YunSen Paradise. The gondola has only two terminal stations, connecting the Wulai Waterfall area to YunSen Paradise. It is Taiwan's first passenger-carrying scenic gondola and is also one of the famous tourist attractions in Wulai. The gondola offers a ride over the Nanshi River Gorge, allowing passengers to enjoy different views of the Wulai Waterfall and overlook the Yunlong Waterfall, as well as appreciate the scenic canyon of the Nanshi River from the gondola platform. YunSen Paradise, located downstream of the Wulai River, features the largest and highest Wulai Waterfall in northern Taiwan, which attracts visitors to stop at the peaceful Warrior Square across the river for a quiet viewing. The Wulai Gondola, spanning the Nanshi River next to the hot spring street, not only presents the charming landmark of Wulai but also provides an excellent vantage point for overlooking the waterfall.
