National Taiwan Sport University Stadium Introduction
The track and field stadium mentioned here was restructured as the Provincial Sports Stadium in 1960, and at that time there were no stands. In 1963, it was renovated into a standard blue track of 400 meters. In 1974, cement stands were built, and in 1976, the regional games were held. In 1991, night lighting was installed, and with government assistance, it has been continuously renovated, landscaped, and beautified. Later, in 2004, it was renamed as the Taichung University of Sport Stadium. The track and field area covers 122,264 square meters and can accommodate 25,000 people. For friends traveling from afar to participate in activities, it is recommended to park their cars at the parking lots on Sanmin Road or Yizhong Street, and walk to the venue at Taiwan Sports University; for those taking the bus, they can get off at the Taichung Sports Station to reach the stadium.
