Biting Dog Pit Ecological Scenic Trail Introduction
Taipei District Office aims to deepen the public's understanding of nature. Along the route from Dog Bite Pit to Santing Mountain, numerous plant information boards have been set up to introduce the rich natural resources. The Mouse Ridge Scenic Trail along Dog Bite Pit, after its renovation, features wooden paths, plant and scenic interpretation signs, as well as stone benches for visitors to rest and several well-planned roadside gardens. Rising along the industrial road by Yi River Bridge near Dog Bite Pit is a well-planned hiking trail. This circular trail is a new paradise for hikers, featuring various insects and plants along the way. Upon reaching the ridge peak, visitors can take a break and enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the winding head of Bian River, making it suitable for family hiking and physical exercise.
