Starting from the boundary of this area with Dadu District in the east, and extending to the east side of Taichung Power Plant in the west, the total length is approximately 5.3 kilometers, with an average road width of 4 meters. On both sides of the roadway, in addition to the installation of decorative railings to ensure the safety of cyclists, there are wide views from the top of the embankment, equipped with viewing platforms, resting chairs, and shaded trees along the way, making it a well-equipped green corridor. The road integrates surrounding landscape facilities, with notable attractions including the renowned Jinlan Watermelon Park, a health trail and basketball court developed from riverbank restoration, a riverside croquet sports field commonly used by the elderly for matches, Riverside Park, Lishui Fishing Port known for its rich catch brought by the intertidal plankton zone, a bird-watching area, and the historic Fushun Temple, making it an excellent destination for family outings and sightseeing.
