Along both sides of the roadway, decorative railings are installed to ensure the safety of pedestrians. Given the expansive views from the top of the embankment, viewing platforms, resting benches, and shade trees have been set up along the route, making it a well-equipped green corridor. The road integrates surrounding scenic facilities, including the renowned Jinlan Watermelon Garden, a health trail and basketball court developed from the floodplain area, a riverside croquet field often used for games by seniors, Riverside Park, Lishui Fishing Port known for its rich catch due to the intertidal zone's plankton, a birdwatching area, and the historically significant Fushun Temple. This makes it an excellent destination for family outings and exploration.

Starting from the intersection with Dadu District in the east and extending west to the east side of Taichung Power Plant, the total length is about 5.3 kilometers, with an average road width of 4 meters.
