Shalu Wing Introduction
The intersection of Taiwan Boulevard Section 7 and Provincial Highway 10 (Sanmin Road) is a crucial route from Shalu District to Taichung Port, Central Taiwan International Airport, National Freeway No. 2, and National Freeway No. 1. The traffic flow at the intersection during peak hours is quite high. In consideration of the traffic safety for students commuting to and from Zhulin Elementary School and Shalu Senior High School nearby, a pedestrian bridge was constructed, which was completed in December 2007, making the commute safer for the students of both schools.
