Nanshi Stream Geyser Introduction
Nanshikeng River is located on the western side of Dadu Mountain, with its water source originating from natural springs in Shalu. Evidence of human activity dates back 4,000 years, and this stable water resource, which provides year-round water supply, is extremely important. During the winter and spring seasons, the Taichung area experiences almost no natural rainfall, so residents of Shalu rely on the water from Nanshikeng River for consumption, drinking, laundry, cleaning, and irrigation.
