Established in 2012, the entrance image of the Luliao Garment Business District has brought new vitality to the area. Gradually, some began to stitch together leftover fabric into children's shorts, commonly known as "jiezi pants." As business opportunities grew, garment factories sprang up along Guangrong Street, Fuan Street, Guangzheng Street, Furen Street, and Chenggong East Street, eventually forming the Luliao Garment Business District to the north of these factories. The well-known Luliao Garment Business District in Taichung boasts over two hundred shops and has a history of about 50 years since its establishment. It is a favored spot for many grandmothers to select their clothing, making it an excellent place for families to visit. With a spacious shopping environment and friendly shop owners who treat customers like family, visitors can easily try on and buy clothes, with plenty of delightful children's wear available.
