Lungtien Brewery North Cordyceps Cultural Exhibition Park Introduction
The Longtian Brewery, originally focused on the production of koji (fermented rice), has shifted its emphasis in recent years to brewing sorghum liquor. In 2012, it integrated cordyceps with the existing medicinal liquor garden area, developing into the "Cordyceps Cultural Exhibition Park," making it the only tourism liquor factory in the country that combines biotechnology and brewing techniques with medicinal flavors. This establishment utilizes the existing medicinal liquor theme and presents it through tactile, olfactory, gustatory, auditory, and visual experiences, creating a sensory-rich sightseeing factory. Many visitors come to understand the diversity of liquor culture through this experience. Additionally, a variety of food products infused with liquor have been developed, including liquor popsicles, medicinal sausages, liquor eggs, and drunken chicken, all of which are unique flavors distinctive to Longtian Brewery. Visitors can enjoy not only tastings but also a delightful culinary experience.
