Zhu Jiuying's Former Residence Introduction
The residence of Zhu Jiuying, located next to the Tekki Shipping Company, was originally a dormitory for the Taiwan Salt Corporation and is also known as "Yin Yan Jiu Ding." Mr. Zhu Jiuying, who served as the director of the Salt Administration under the Ministry of Finance, settled here due to his work with salt, which is how it got its name. Inside the building, there is an exhibition of Zhu Jiuying's contemporary cursive calligraphy. As a renowned calligrapher, he left behind many works and spent his later years living in Anping, where he called himself the "Old Man of Anping."
