Gongrong Wharf is located at the confluence of the Love River's estuary and Kaohsiung Harbour. It was formerly known as Pier No. 13, a key transport hub for personnel and military supplies during the Kinmen and Matsu operations. After its operations ceased, it was renamed Gongrong Wharf and opened as a recreational and tourist area.

Glorious Wharf is located at the junction of the Love River estuary and Kaohsiung Port. It was once the No. 13 Wharf, a vital hub for transporting personnel and military supplies during the Kinmen and Matsu operations. After its decommissioning, it was renamed Glorious Wharf and opened as a tourist recreational area.
