Miaotong Temple is one of the three major Buddhist temples in Liugui District, known for its thriving incense offerings. It is located close to the Baolai Hot Spring area, accessible via Provincial Highway 27, connecting to Provincial Highway 20, and you can reach it after passing the Laonong River. Surrounded by mountains, the Laonong River winds through the valley; the temple's landscape is meticulously planned, featuring lotus ponds, pavilions, and lush greenery, creating an ambiance akin to a "Pure Land." The orange roof and white temple structure stand out against the verdant mountains, making it visible from afar. Due to its elevated location, it is one of the best spots to overlook the Laonong River. The temple was founded by Master Guangqin, who led his disciples to build this once barren area. Today, the temple’s exterior is majestic, the halls are solemn, and the carefully tended flora thrives, making the entire temple resemble a paradise on earth. Every holiday or during the seventh lunar month, countless pilgrims visit to pay their respects.

It is close to the Baolai Hot Springs area and can be accessed via Provincial Highway 27, connecting to Provincial Highway 20, and after crossing the Laonong River, you will arrive at the temple. Surrounded by mountains, the Laonong River winds through the valley; the temple's landscape is solemnly planned with lotus ponds, pavilions, and lush flora, presented in an orderly fashion, resembling a scene from "Sukhavati." The orange roof and white temple body are striking against the green mountains, making it visible from afar. Due to its elevated position, it also serves as the best vantage point for viewing the Laonong River. The founder of the temple is Master Guangqin, who led his disciples to establish this once barren area. Today, the temple stands majestically, with solemn halls and well-maintained gardens, creating an atmosphere akin to a Pure Land. On weekends or during the seventh month of the lunar calendar, countless worshippers ascend the mountain to pay their respects.
