Miao Tong Temple is one of the three major Buddhist temples in Liugui District, known for its flourishing incense offerings. It is located near the Baolai Hot Springs area, accessible via Provincial Highway 27 to Provincial Highway 20, and after crossing the Laonong River, you will arrive. Surrounded by mountains, the Laonong River meanders through the valley; the temple's landscape is solemnly designed with lotus ponds, pavilions, and well-maintained greenery, resembling a scene from the "Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss." The orange roof and white temple body are prominently visible against the lush green mountains in the distance. Due to its elevated position, it is also the best vantage point to view the Laonong River. The temple was founded by Master Guangqin, who led his disciples to build in what was once a barren area. Today, the temple's exterior is majestic, the halls are solemn, and the well-cared-for flora flourishes, making the entire temple feel like a paradise on earth, drawing countless visitors for worship on holidays or during the seventh lunar month.

Surrounded by mountains, with the Laonong River winding through the valley, the landscape design of the temple is solemn, featuring lotus ponds, pavilions, and lush greenery, creating an idyllic scene reminiscent of "Paradise." The orange rooftops and white temple structure can be seen from a distance, framed by the verdant mountains. Due to its higher location, it is also the best spot for overlooking the Laonong River. The temple was founded by Master Guangqin, who, along with his disciples, transformed the originally desolate area into a temple. Today, the temple stands majestically with its solemn halls and well-tended gardens, flourishing as if it were a pure land on earth, attracting countless worshippers during holidays and the seventh month of the lunar calendar.
