Lianzi Jiao Cultural Sharing Space Introduction
Lianzi Jiao Cultural Sharing Space is located in Baolai Village, Liugui District, next to the Nanheng Highway. "Lianzi Jiao" means "under the mango tree" in Taiwanese. This cultural sharing space was transformed from an old warehouse by the residents of Baolai, using natural materials such as river stones, driftwood, rice husks, and straw, constructed with traditional methods. Lianzi Jiao Cultural Sharing Space is a community base operated by the Baolai Cultural Association in Kaohsiung City, adhering to the philosophy of "harmonious coexistence with the Earth" and focusing on "living," "ecology," and "production" as development directions. It aims to promote community workshops focused on post-disaster reconstruction, welfare care, talent cultivation, and industrial development, mainly producing ceramics, plant dyeing, and kiln-baked bread. It is recommended to spend about 3 hours here, and you can make an appointment to experience courses such as Baolai pottery, daily dyeing, kiln-baked bread, and kiln-baked pizza, allowing you to deeply feel the concept of coexistence with nature through personal experience.
