Mango Café (Temporarily Closed) Introduction

Come to the Confucius Temple at Lianchihtan in Zuoying to enjoy the best coffee! Mango Culture, evident from its name, reflects our reflections and aspirations after years in the coffee industry. After 15 years, we hope to stand as a unique coffee culture like Café Flora or Café New York, lasting for a century. Taiwan is home to many of the world's best baristas, tasters, and roasters, but coffee has always been an imported product. We follow Western habits and preferences to interpret it; thus, we aspire to develop a coffee form that belongs to Taiwan, transitioning from architectural language to a spiritual level. The methods of using aroma cups and tasting cups are unique to Taiwanese tea culture, which we have applied to coffee tasting at Mango Coffee for years, and we continue this practice at Mango Culture. In brewing, we aim to discover our own style. We hope to break free from the proportions of lattes, Americanos, cappuccinos, etc., and instead offer coffee from various regions and estates, allowing you to freely choose black short, long, iced, hot, or milk coffee. Additionally, we offer many fruit coffees that blend Taiwan's abundant specialty fruits with coffee. We challenge the conventional pairing of coffee with cheesecake, waffles, and other Western pastries, hoping to integrate coffee more deeply into daily life by pairing it with Taiwanese pastries and traditional rice dishes. Let coffee truly merge into Taiwanese local life and culture! Exclusive gourmet coffee beverages at the Mango Coffee Temple store: the shop utilizes a classic antique coffee machine from the 1950s, the FAEMA - Urania Italian coffee machine, allowing you to taste a different coffee flavor. We also offer a variety of single-origin coffee selections. Fruit coffee drink: the limited edition drink at the Mango Coffee Kaohsiung Confucius Temple store features our signature formula using Jabao coffee as the base, mixed with fresh fruit juice, providing you with a more diverse way to enjoy coffee. Taiwanese Good Tea: We insist on using Ali Mountain green tea and Sun Moon Lake black tea, which have rich flavors and sweetness, and we prepare fresh milk tea with fresh milk from a local dairy, bringing more health and nutrition. Special dishes: To make coffee more integrated into daily life, we specially selected treats from century-old Taiwanese pastry shops, traditional market rice dishes, and unique sandwiches that blend Eastern and Western flavors, allowing coffee to truly blend into Taiwanese local life and culture. Coffee paired with Western snacks is no longer the only option. Specialty coffee sales: Mango Coffee has a complete temperature-controlled room and high-end roasting equipment, ensuring proper preservation of coffee beans. Throughout the roasting and packaging processes, we strive to retain the most complete flavors at the moment of brewing, allowing you to leisurely enjoy the beauty of coffee.
