Mango Cafe Autumn (Closed) Introduction

Come to the Lotus Pond Confucius Temple in Zuoying to enjoy the best coffee! Mango Culture can be inferred from its name as a reflection and expectation after years of diving into the coffee industry. After 15 years, we hope to stand as a symbol of unique coffee culture like Flower God Café or New York Café for a hundred years. Taiwan is home to many of the world's best baristas, cuppers, and roasters, but coffee is always an imported product. We interpret it according to European and American preferences; thus, we aspire to start from architectural vocabulary and internalize it into a form of coffee unique to Taiwan. The way of drinking from aroma cups and tasting cups is a unique tea culture in Taiwan, which has also been applied to coffee tasting at Mango Culture for many years and will continue to do so. For brewing, we also expect to find our own style, aiming to break free from the fixed ratios of lattes, Americanos, cappuccinos, etc., and instead provide a selection of estate coffees from various regions where you can freely choose black short, long, iced, hot, or milk coffee. Additionally, we offer more fruit-infused coffees that combine Taiwan's abundant local fruits with coffee. We aim to break the conventional image of pairing coffee with cheese cakes, pancakes, and other Western pastries, hoping to integrate coffee into daily life and search for suitable pairings with Taiwanese pastries and traditional rice dishes. Let coffee truly blend into Taiwan's local living culture. Mango Café Confucius Temple exclusive gourmet coffee drinks: The Mango Coffee shop uses a classic antique FAEMA - Urania espresso machine from the 1950s, allowing you to taste a unique coffee flavor unlike before, along with a variety of single-origin coffee options. Fruit coffee drinks: The exclusive drink at the Mango Coffee Kaohsiung Confucius Temple store is made from the signature Banchiao coffee as the base, adding fresh fruit juice to provide a more diverse coffee tasting experience. Best Taiwanese tea: We insist on using Alishan green tea and Sun Moon Lake black tea, known for their rich aroma and sweet flavor, and we prepare fresh milk tea using fresh milk from local farms, offering more health and nutrition. Special dishes: To integrate coffee more into everyday life, we specially select traditional Taiwanese pastries from century-old shops, rice products from traditional markets, and unique sandwiches that combine Eastern and Western styles, making coffee a part of local culture rather than just paired with Western snacks. Specialty coffee sales: Mango Coffee has a complete temperature-controlled storage system and high-end roasting equipment, ensuring excellent preservation of green coffee beans. During the roasting and packaging process of all coffee beans, we strive to retain the most complete flavors for you to enjoy the beauty of coffee effortlessly.
