Art Museum Station Introduction

The station is one of the newly constructed MRT-style stations as part of the Kaohsiung City Rail Underground Project, located near the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts. It features a lightweight water wave design and is themed with the concept of "Artistic Atmosphere and Water Beauty." The vertical cement flood prevention walls have been replaced with green sloping landscapes, incorporating water features and vegetation, creating a green water environment that responds to the flood elevation and urban heat island effect. Visitors can stroll and relax along the forest paths beside the streams, resonating with nature. In close proximity to the 41-hectare green space of the museum, the underground railway has not only provided the area with an opportunity to connect with the MRT Red Line but also links to the Neiweipi living circle. ■ Surroundings: Dining: Trattoria Venti, Velvet Patisserie (French handmade desserts), Lino Coffee Roastery, Zuo Ping Coffee Shop, Pasta Tina, Nose Coffee, Loft Pâtisserie Accommodation: Dome Hotel, Eden Romantic Boutique Hotel, Mingcheng Daylight Boutique Hotel, Yu's Auto Motel Mingcheng Activities: Neiweipi Cultural Park, Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, Central Love River Wetland Park Shopping: Hai Yu Wu
