Art Museum Station Introduction
One of the newly constructed metro stations from the underground rail system of Taiwan Railways, located near the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, features a sleek water wave design and is themed "Artistic Wind and Water Beauty." The design incorporates a green sloped landscape instead of high concrete flood walls, using water features and vegetation to respond to the flood levels and urban heat island effect. Visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the forest path by the stream, resonating with nature. The station is adjacent to a 41-hectare green space surrounding the museum, and the underground rail system not only connects the area to the Metro Red Line but also links to the Neiweih community.
