Fine Arts Museum Station Introduction
As one of the newly established metro-style stations under the Taiwan Railways underground project, this station is located near the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts. It features a lightweight water wave design, with the theme "Artistic Style and Beautiful Water." The design replaces high concrete flood walls with green sloping landscapes, incorporating water features and plantings to create a green and watery environment that responds to flood levels and urban heat island effects. Visitors can stroll and relax by the wooded paths along the water, resonating with nature. Adjacent to the 41-hectare green space of the museum, the underground railway not only connects this area to the Red Line of the metro but also links to the Neiweipi living circle. Surrounding amenities include: Dining: Trattoria Venti, Velvet Patisserie (French handcrafted desserts), Lino Coffee Roastery, Zuo Ping Business (Coffee School), Pasatina Italian Restaurant, Nose Coffee, Loft Pâtisserie. Accommodation: Dome Hotel, Eden Style Boutique Hotel, Mingcheng Sunshine Boutique Hotel, Yushe Motel Mingcheng. Attractions: Neiweipi Cultural Park, Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, Zhongdu Love River Wetland Park. Shopping: Haiyu House.
