Qilong Ancient Trail Introduction
The Qilong Ancient Trail is one of the most scenic routes in the Dashanbei Old Trail, featuring rich attractions. There are two entrances: one is at the intersection next to the Longxi Orchard, while the other is located beside the Fengxiang Elementary School. Along the way, it connects to the Dashu Rong Ancient Trail. Following the right side of the trail, you will see straight, verdant Moso bamboo forests, as well as three ancient bridges made of glutinous rice and a hundred-year-old stone staircase. The craftsmanship is exquisite, and the wisdom of the ancestors is truly admirable. The Yang's Stone Pillar House along the trail provides a resting place where you can take a moment to experience the refreshing feeling of being immersed in the forest. The diverse flora and fauna also make this ancient trail worth exploring. Additionally, every year from April to May, this area is one of the best places to observe fireflies.
