Simagus Trail Introduction
The trail entrance is located in the Sima Kous tribe, with the endpoint at the Giant Tree Cluster. The Sima Kous Trail is relatively flat along the way and does not have any particularly difficult sections; the steep slopes are short in distance (the trail is five kilometers long with an elevation difference of less than 100 meters). According to the top ten sacred trees ranking published by the Forestry Bureau in 1996, the second and third sacred trees are both located in the sacred tree area of Sima Kous. These two sacred trees in Sima Kous are both Red Cypress, and their trunks require more than twenty people holding hands to encircle. The trail also features abundant natural landscapes and flora and fauna, making it a worthy subject for observation.
