Jinggu Farm Introduction
Located in the Xinpu Zhaomen Leisure Agricultural Area, Fu is a recreational farm that combines mountains, flowers, art, culture, ecology, and spiritual wellness. The tranquil countryside features wild streams, agricultural ponds, and lush hills. Jingu Farm is the largest farm in the Jiuchong Lake Recreational Area, with main trails including the Guannan Trail, Jiiyue Trail, and Jiufu Trail. During the tung flower season, the area is covered in white petals, making it a great spot to enjoy the summer snow in April and May each year. With the guidance of staff, visitors can explore the "Aiyu Corridor" and closely observe the appearance and internal structure of aiyu fruit. There is also a hands-on workshop where visitors can experience "making aiyu." After putting on gloves, they place aiyu seeds into a filter bag and wash them back and forth in a container of mineral water for about 8 minutes until the gelling agent is fully released. After letting it rest for about 30 minutes, it solidifies into chewy aiyu jelly. While waiting, visitors can explore other areas of the farm. The farm also offers agricultural products such as high grafting pears, organic vegetables, and bamboo shoots for fruit and vegetable picking. The farm's activities include parent-child play, flower cultivation, fish feeding by the pond, garden café, art DIY, exquisite barbecues, specialty meal sets, Hakka snacks, ecological observation, and art exchange, among others.
