Giant Buddha Mountain Trail (Cultural and Historical Recreation Journey) Introduction
Entering Guashan Road from the Bagua Mountain Arch, a small path next to the Cultural Affairs Bureau leads to a staircase that takes you up. Passing through the Literary Trail and the Silver Bridge Waterfall, the famous Buddha statue comes into view. As you ascend the path in front of the Buddha Pavilion, you can enjoy a visit to the Bagua Mountain Ecological Tourism Service Center and C119 Park, where you can admire retired military aircraft, along with a health path paved with cobblestones nearby. The "Guashan Moonlit" restaurant located midway is an excellent spot for a panoramic view of Changhua City. The Ecological Service Center provides various information services and exhibitions, and with its well-planned trail facilities, it is the best place for family-friendly intellectual hiking. Benches and pavilions are available along the trail. The trail can connect the Buddha statue, Sky Walk, Military Aircraft Park, Changhua Lifestyle Aesthetics Museum, and Changhua High School of Arts, creating a network of attractions in Changhua City's Bagua Mountain area. Trail length: 2.02 kilometers. Walking time: 1 hour. Facilities: restrooms, first parking lot of Bagua Mountain Scenic Area (motorcycles, small cars, large buses), second parking lot of Bagua Mountain Scenic Area (motorcycles, small cars), first parking area of Changhua Lifestyle Aesthetics Museum (motorcycles, small cars).
The trail connects to the Buddha Archway, and by ascending the stairs, you can reach the Buddha Hall.
