Giant Buddha Round Mountain Trail (Cultural and Historical Recreational Journey) Introduction
Entering Guashan Road from the Bagua Mountain Archway, there is a staircase beside the Cultural Affairs Bureau that leads upward. Along the way, after passing through the Literary Trail and the Silver Bridge Waterfall, the famous Buddha statue comes into view. Continuing up the path in front of the Buddha Archway, you can visit the Bagua Mountain Ecotourism Service Center and C119 Park, where you can admire retired military aircraft, and there is a health trail paved with cobblestones beside it. The midway stop, "Guashan Moonlight" restaurant, offers an excellent vantage point for views of Changhua City. The Ecotourism Service Center provides various information services and activity exhibitions, and with its well-planned trail facilities, it is the best place for family-friendly intellectual hiking. Benches and pavilions are installed along the trail. The trail connects major attractions such as the Buddha, Sky Trail, Military Aircraft Park, Changhua Lifestyle Aesthetics Hall, and Changhua Art High School Trail, forming a linkage path for Bagua Mountain attractions in Changhua City. Trail length: 2.02 kilometers. Walking time: 1 hour. Facilities include: restrooms, Bagua Mountain Scenic Area First Parking Lot (motorcycles, small cars, large buses), Bagua Mountain Scenic Area Second Parking Lot (motorcycles, small cars), and Changhua Lifestyle Aesthetics Hall First Parking Area (motorcycles, small cars).
The trail connects to the Giant Buddha Archway, and by ascending the stairs, you can reach the Giant Buddha Hall.
