Shigandang Introduction
The Shigandang located in Gancuo Village was established by the ancestors to protect the area and has a history of over three hundred years. The current appearance was renovated by local residents eighty years ago. Every year during the Dragon Boat Festival, there are performances and rituals to pay respect to the deity. Next to Shigandang stands an inverted banyan tree, which has a magnificent shape and lush foliage, and during the Dragon Boat Festival, it is also worshipped alongside Shigandang.
