Yunling Hill Introduction
The zero-dead-angle sea of clouds at the intersection of Yunlin, Chiayi, and Nantou counties is located on Yunling Hill. Here, you can find artistic sculptures signifying the three counties, and the observation deck offers a 360-degree view, capturing the stunning sunrise, breathtaking sea of clouds, and mountainous tea garden landscape. Around noon, the mist swirls enchanting the surroundings, making it feel like you have transcended the worldly cares, and it is especially suitable for early risers who wish to start their journey with the sunrise. Yunling Hill spans Yunlin County, Chiayi County, and Nantou County, with an elevation of about 1,650 meters. It provides a magnificent new perspective for viewing the sunrise, sunset, and sea of clouds, where one can occasionally witness the rolling clouds and mountain mists dancing gracefully. Each season presents a different spectacle of clouds. At the summit, the triangular point's sculpture indicates directions facing the three counties, cleverly highlighting the distinctive geographical location that spans Yunlin, Chiayi, and Nantou.
