Yunling Hill Introduction

The Zero-Degree Misty Sea at the junction of the three counties is located at Yunling Hill, which lies on the border of Yunlin County, Chiayi County, and Nantou County. It features artistic sculptures indicating the three counties, and the viewing platform offers a 360-degree unobstructed view of the sunrise, stunning sea of clouds, and scenic tea plantations. Around noon, the mist envelops the area, giving it a celestial vibe, making it particularly suitable for early risers to start their journey with the sunrise. Yunling Hill spans Yunlin County, Chiayi County, and Nantou County, with an elevation of approximately 1650 meters, providing a new vantage point to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and the sea of clouds, which varies in appearance with each season. The human-shaped sculpture on the summit's observation platform indicates directions to the three counties, cleverly marking this location as a unique geographical point that crosses the borders of Yunlin, Chiayi, and Nantou.
