Shihpan Valley Waterfall Introduction
Shihpan Valley Waterfall Trail, with a total length of 1.2 kilometers, connects the Big Suspension Bridge and the Stone Boardwalk, surrounded by lush greenery, which instantly lifts your spirits. The valley where the Shigupan Waterfall is located is locally referred to as "Zhuzi Pai." Its unique terrain features a stepped river valley topography, resulting in a series of waterfalls. By ascending from the bottom, you can see six different types of waterfalls with varying water flow. This stepped valley shape means clusters of waterfalls, and although the water flow is not large, there is a gentle and melodic quality to it. The water is cool and clear, and the deep valley is captivating with its natural beauty. While walking through, you might enjoy the sight of butterflies such as the Red-Winged Swallowtail, Common Jay, Crow Butterfly, and the Kallima Butterfly fluttering about.
