Located in Douliu City, the Mother Goose Playland is a newly designed, ticket-free complex park that integrates an outdoor area, marketplace, Italian handmade ice cream from Love Goose, Love Goose Italian restaurant, various DIY educational courses, and meeting rooms. The outdoor area not only features numerous play equipment for visitors to choose from but also spacious lawns for children to run around, and opportunities to interact with the park's main characters: the baby geese. Additionally, there are fish-vegetable symbiosis systems and green energy educational spaces, along with diverse DIY courses that allow visitors to enjoy recreational activities while also being educational, helping children naturally understand the intricacies of nature through play! The concept behind "Mother Goose Playland" is to target families with children as the main customer group, with a friendly space plan suitable for all ages. It encourages big and small visitors to embark on experiences that promote a close connection with natural ecology, an understanding of agricultural ecology, awareness of the bio-industry, creative experiences with home cleaning products, and handmade crafts. By introducing different channels of digital, experiential, and circular economy, and revitalizing the area along with resource integration, a diverse range of vendors have been brought in to build a platform that combines tourism, leisure, production, and educational training. The park emphasizes fun for children, relaxation for adults, and a pleasant experience for grandparents - making it a great destination for families and friends to visit together. Mother Goose Playland is also one of the few local revitalization areas, and this year, the government has added incentives. Until August 31, 2022, when visitors use Taiwan Pay at the marketplace or Love Goose restaurant, the government will refund 30% of the spending to the public, with a total budget of 140 million NT dollars for the cashback program, providing great benefits to visitors.
