The Street Mazu Temple was built in 1722 and is the oldest Mazu temple in Dou Liu Street, commonly referred to alongside Yongfu Temple as "Street Mazu Temple and Street End Guanyin Pavilion." It is primarily dedicated to the Heavenly Mother. The Mazu deity inside the temple holds a tablet, symbolizing "reporting the prayers of all beings to the Jade Emperor, who then makes the final decision," which is considered one of its unique features.

The Matsu figures inside the temple all hold a tablet, symbolizing the act of "reporting the prayers of the living to the Jade Emperor, who then makes the final judgment," which is considered one of its unique features.
