The Street Mazu Temple was built in 1722 and is the oldest Mazu temple in Douliu Street, known along with Yongfu Temple as the "Street Mazu Temple and Street Kuan Yin Pavilion." It is dedicated to the Heavenly Mother. The Mazu statues inside the temple hold a board, symbolizing "reporting the appeals of sentient beings to the Jade Emperor, who then makes the final decision," which is one of its unique features.
