Taipei City Transportation Information Center Introduction
The Taipei City Transportation Information Center showcases the achievements in the development of smart transportation systems in the city, as well as the past, present, and future of traffic planning. It is open for public visits to enhance understanding of the city's traffic control facilities and smart transportation development. The center currently includes ten main exhibition areas: Smart Transportation System Area, Historical Review Area, Traffic Engineering Area, Parking Information System Guidance Area, Bicycle Area, Traffic Control Center Control Console, Public Transportation System Area, Bus Waiting Shelter Area, System Operation Area, and Data Integration Achievement Display Area. These areas feature lively exhibits and interactive experiences, welcoming the public to engage in activities such as the Smile Bicycle Racing Games, interactive traffic light sensing, and low-floor bus riding experiences. It is suitable for people of all ages, from elementary school students upwards, to explore and understand the development and history of Taipei City's transportation.
