Taiwan Presbyterian Church - Chungshan Church Introduction

Zhongshan Church is a Christian church built by the Japanese, with the entrance arch inscribed with "Foundation laid in March 1937." It was originally the Daisho Town Church of the Japanese Anglican Church, serving the Japanese congregation living in the Daisho Street area at that time. The exterior is designed in the English Gothic style, and from a high vantage point, the church's roof can be seen in the shape of a cross, featuring pointed arches, cornerstones, and flying buttresses, all of which are well preserved and hold architectural value.
