Meiti Riverside Park Introduction
Located between Dazhi Bridge and National Highway No. 1 along the Keelung River, the park covers an area of approximately 42.3 hectares. It was planned after the straightening of the Keelung River. The park provides comprehensive sports facilities, including tennis courts, badminton courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and roller skating practice areas, serving as a recreational space for nearby residents. During the day, visitors can enjoy a distant view of Dazhi Bridge and the Grand Hotel, while occasionally feeling the thrill of airplanes overhead. In the evening, the lights of Dazhi Bridge and the riverside create an elegant and charming atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for appreciating the night scenery of Taipei City and for nighttime strolls in the Dazhi area. The park also features a designated "natural waterfront area," which not only increases species diversity but also purifies water through plant absorption.
