Meiti Riverside Park Introduction
Located between the Dazhi Bridge and the Zhongshan Expressway along the Keelung River, the park covers an area of approximately 42.3 hectares. The park was planned after the diversion of the Keelung River. It provides comprehensive sports facilities including tennis courts, badminton courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and roller skating practice areas, catering to the recreational needs of nearby residents. During the day, visitors can enjoy views of the Dazhi Bridge and the Grand Hotel Taipei, with the thrilling sensation of aircraft flying by; at night, the lights of the Dazhi Bridge and riverside create a charming ambiance, making it an ideal place to appreciate Taipei's night view and enjoy nighttime strolls in the Dazhi area. The park also features a "natural waterfront bay area" that not only enhances biodiversity but also purifies water quality through plant absorption. It offers citizens an ecological education hub and a natural landscape, distinguishing itself from other riverside parks in terms of facilities.
