Huwei Fu'an Temple Sugar Factory Mazu Introduction
Cifuku Sugar Factory's Mafu An Palace is dedicated to Mazu. Early devotees were mainly employees of the Huwei Sugar Factory, affectionately referred to as the "Sugar Factory Mazu." The temple was established around the early post-war period, and its incense offerings originated from the Lugang Tianhou Temple and Lugang Xinzu Temple. Every year during the "Sugar Production Season," the factory invites Mazu to bless the area with a procession.
