Ethnic Music Museum & General's House Introduction
Built in 1937, this elegant white Japanese-style house was originally the residence of General Sun Liren and later transformed into an Air Force guesthouse. It has now been renovated into the "Ethnic Music Museum." The exterior features a blend of Japanese and Western architectural styles, often attracting many couples for wedding photo shoots. The lush garden also showcases steel sculptures like tree-eating insects and shackles, adding an element of fun. Another building, the General's House, served as military officers' quarters during the Japanese occupation. After the restoration of Taiwan, it became the official residence of the president of the Army Academy and is currently the Cultural Relics Museum of Military Dependents' Villages, preserving the traditional red doors of the military dependents' village.
