Chih Ming Temple was established in 1989 and is a local center of worship in Caoling. The main deity is Shakyamuni Buddha, accompanied by the Four-Faced Buddha, the Thai national treasure statue of Manjushri, and the statue of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva. The Four-Faced Buddha was brought from Thailand and is said to perform numerous miracles, making it one of the famous attractions in Caoling.
