Chih Ming Temple was established in 1989 and serves as the spiritual center of Caoling. It primarily worships Shakyamuni Buddha, along with the Four-faced Buddha, a treasure-class ancient statue from Thailand, and statues of Manjushri and Samantabhadra. The Four-faced Buddha is a statue relocated from Thailand, and it is said to perform many miracles, making it one of the famous attractions in Caoling.
