Originally a stationery store called Yuanquan Stationery, it was left abandoned after the passing of the previous owner, Mama Zheng. In 2020, it was revitalized through the Yuanquan Community's overall development project, featuring local elements in the interior decoration while preserving the old sign from back in the day. It now serves as a platform for small farmers to sell cultural and creative products, showcasing various farm goods on the shelves. Additionally, local events are held at the Story House, with the hope of promoting small community tours in the future to enhance the experience for visiting tourists.
