Ziping Introduction
Ziping is located at the southernmost part of Green Island, adjacent to the "Green Island Camping Area." From the pathway next to the camping area, one can access the coastal lagoon "Ziping." "Ziping" is a tidal pool formed by coral reefs and is home to one of Green Island's most famous lagoons, featuring the most complete lagoon topography and coral reef ecosystem in the area, as well as flourishing water caltrop plants and precious land hermit crabs. Despite the turbulent waves offshore, the inner lagoon remains as calm as a mirror, resembling a tranquil lake, quietly lying between the outer coral reefs and the inner sandy beach. The silhouette of the water caltrop plants reflects on the serene water surface, while the pure and fine white sand spreads across the bottom. The enchanting charm of the tropical coast speaks for itself.
