Xiuguluan River Visitor Center Introduction
The Xiuguluan River Visitor Center is located next to the Ruisui Bridge in the Hualien-Taitung Valley and serves as the starting point for rafting activities on the Xiuguluan River. There is a camping area beside the visitor center, and during the rafting season, it is bustling with visitors. [Driving Information] Heading south: From Hualien City, take Provincial Highway 9 south, passing Fenglin and Guangfu, to arrive at the Ruisui Rafting Service Center; or drive along Provincial Highway 11 south, passing Yuedong, then connect to Ruigang Road to reach the Xiuguluan River Visitor Center. Heading north: From Taitung City, take Provincial Highway 9 north, passing Yuli, to reach the Ruisui Rafting Service Center; or drive north on Provincial Highway 11, passing the Tropic of Cancer marker, then connect to Ruigang Road to reach the Xiuguluan River Visitor Center. [Public Transportation] Heading south: Take a bus from in front of Hualien Train Station to Fuli or Yuli, and get off at Ruisui Station. Heading north: Take a mountain line bus from in front of Taitung Train Station to Hualien and get off at Ruisui Station.
