Xiu Guluan River Visitor Center Introduction
The Xiu Gu Luan River Visitor Center is located next to the Ruisui Bridge in the Hualien-Taitung Valley and serves as the starting point for rafting activities on the Xiu Gu Luan River. There is a camping area next to the visitor center, and during the rafting season, it attracts a large number of visitors. 【Driving Information】Heading South: From Hualien City, follow Route 9 south, passing through Fenglin and Guangfu, to reach the Ruisui Rafting Service Center; or take Route 11 south, pass Yuandong, and connect to Ruigang Highway to also reach the Xiu Gu Luan River Visitor Center. Heading North: From Taitung City, travel north along Route 9, passing through Yuli to reach the Ruisui Rafting Service Center; or travel north along Route 11, after passing the Tropic of Cancer marker, connect to Ruigang Highway to reach the Xiu Gu Luan River Visitor Center as well. 【Public Transportation】Heading South: Take a bus from in front of Hualien Train Station to Fuli or Yuli, and get off at Ruisui Station. Heading North: Take a train from Taitung Train Station to Hualien on the mountain line and get off at Ruisui Station.
