The Xiuguluan River Visitor Center is located next to the Ruisui Bridge in the Hualien-Taitung Valley and serves as the starting point for rafting activities on the Xiuguluan River. There is a camping area next to the visitor center, which attracts many visitors during the rafting season. **Driving Information** Southbound: From Hualien City, take Route 9 south, passing through Fenglin and Guangfu, to reach the Ruisui Rafting Service Center; alternatively, you can take Route 11 south, passing through Yuedong to connect to Ruigang Road, which will also take you to the Xiuguluan River Visitor Center. Northbound: From Taitung City, take Route 9 north, passing through Yuli, to reach the Ruisui Rafting Service Center; alternatively, you can take Route 11 north, passing the Tropic of Cancer monument, and then connect to Ruigang Road, which will lead you to the Xiuguluan River Visitor Center. **Public Transportation** Southbound: Take a bus from Hualien Train Station to Fuli or Yuli and get off at Ruisui Station.
