Another version states that a local villager with the surname Xu went to this hillside to dig with a hoe, triggering the mountain spirit, which led to mental illness and incoherent speech. Following the instruction of Lord Wang from Wenfu, a stone tower was erected to suppress the mountain spirit and protect the residents' safety. The Tieshuashi Tower is situated on a hill west of Xiaomen Village and serves to guide fishing boats in and out of the fishing port.
