Tianxing Kiln Ceramic Cultural Park Introduction
Tianxing Kiln is located next to the beautiful Jiji Green Tunnel. Established in 1956, it is a uniquely styled kiln and one of the oldest kilns in Taiwan that still focuses on production. It currently retains one original kiln. To help visitors better understand the history of the kiln, a special street called Tao Yuan Alley has been built, displaying products produced by Tianxing Kiln from ancient times to the present, as well as the development of pottery. This aims to provide visitors with a clear understanding of the modern development of pottery in Taiwan during their visit. In addition to continuing the development of pottery production and actively promoting heritage work, it is also dedicated to the "Jiji Town Pottery Development" initiative, which has achieved significant results. A pottery classroom is also available, inviting visitors to enjoy the joy of pottery making.
