Tianxing Kiln Ceramic Cultural Park Introduction

Tianxing Kiln is located next to the beautiful Jiji Green Tunnel and was built in 1956. It is a uniquely styled kiln and the oldest operational kiln in Taiwan primarily engaged in production. It still retains an original kiln. To help visitors better understand the history of the kiln, a Ceramic Source Alley has been constructed, showcasing products produced by Tianxing Kiln from ancient times to the present, as well as the development of ceramics. It is hoped that visitors will gain a clear understanding of the advancements in modern Taiwanese ceramics during their visit. Currently, the kiln continues to develop ceramic production and actively promotes heritage work while also vigorously advancing the "Jiji Town Ceramics Development Project" with remarkable achievements. Additionally, there is a ceramics classroom open to welcome visitors to enjoy the joy of pottery-making.
