Tianxing Kiln Ceramic Cultural Park Introduction
Tianxing Kiln is located next to the beautiful Jiji Green Tunnel. Established in 1956, it is a uniquely styled and one of the oldest kilns in Taiwan still primarily focused on production. It currently retains a founding kiln. To help visitors better understand the history of the kiln, a Ceramic Source Alley has been specially constructed, featuring displays of products produced by Tianxing Kiln from ancient times to the present, as well as the development of ceramics. This aims to provide visitors with a clear understanding of the development of modern ceramic art in Taiwan during their visit. In addition to continuing the development of ceramic production, the kiln is actively promoting inheritance work and has made significant progress in the "Jiji Town Ceramic Art Development Project." A ceramic art classroom is also available, welcoming visitors to enjoy the joy of pottery making.
