Checheng Station Introduction
Checheng is the terminal station of the Jiji Line, thus it is known as the "Last Train Station." The old train station originally had a reinforced concrete structure, but after the 921 Earthquake, it was renovated by the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration, using wooden materials as the main exterior. The new train station features simple materials and an elegant design. Its unique architectural style harmonizes beautifully with the mountainous landscape, earning it the reputation as the "most beautiful train station."
