Checheng Station Introduction
Checheng is the terminal station of the Jiji Line, hence it's known as the "Last Train Station." The old train station originally had a reinforced concrete structure but was renovated by the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration after the 921 earthquake, using wooden materials for its main exterior. The new train station features a simple design and elegant form, with a unique architectural style that complements the mountain town landscape, earning it the title of "the most beautiful train station."
