Visitors to this area can experience the "slow life" of Shui Li. With the growing trend of cycling in Taiwan, Shui Li has become a new choice for bicycle tourism. The Tourism Bureau, the Railway Bureau, and Shui Li Township Office have decided to collaborate to build the Shui Li Bicycle Station. The township office signed a land lease with the Railway Bureau to rent the land, and after the completion of the station’s renovation by the Tourism Bureau, they entrusted the township office to recruit professional firms to manage it. This initiative aims to make Shui Li a premier hotspot for cycling activities. The bicycle station not only provides convenient transportation but also offers bicycle rentals, self-service repairs, travel information, and simple dining services, making it a comfortable and convenient rest stop for cyclists.
