Railway Tourism School Introduction
Originally the Checheng Elementary School, it was closed in 2015 due to the declining birth rate. After being vacant for many years and with limited space in the existing visitor center, it was planned to revitalize the school building and set up a Railway Museum and a new Checheng Visitor Center in consultation with the management office and the community to enhance tourism services. The spacious school playground will be used as a turnaround area for tour buses.
