Railway Culture Museum Introduction
Originally Checheng Elementary School, it was closed in 2015 due to declining birth rates. After the school building was left unused for many years and the existing visitor center space was limited, plans were made in collaboration with the management office and the community to revitalize the school building and set up a Railway Classroom and a new Checheng Visitor Center to enhance tourism services. The spacious school playground is used as a turnaround space for tour buses.
