Boniya Bay (Original Character Study Center) Introduction
The Sun Moon Lake Characteristic Study Center is located within the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area and was formerly Guangming Elementary School. After the school was merged in 2008, the Sun Moon Lake Administration actively worked to revitalize the school land, transforming it into the Characteristic Study Center. In 2023, the center was operated by the Chiai Music Cultural Foundation, which has long been dedicated to promoting arts and cultural education. It will collaborate with local experimental education institutions and performing arts groups from Nantou, organizing lifestyle and music experience camps. The goal is to bring music, nature, and culture back to a simple existence in people's lives within this tranquil natural environment.
