At Muxin Spring, you can enjoy the fun of being close to nature. Stroll along the wooden steps designed in the park next to the flower pathway and admire the beautiful scenery of blooming flowers all year round. From January to March, it's cherry blossom season, April to May is the tung flower season, March to October is lavender season, and November to December is maple season. You can also see cinnamon trees, wild ginger flowers, anemone, and maple trees, making it a place that lingers in one's memory. For visitors who want to enjoy the view of daylilies without traveling far to Hualien or Taitung, you can also see a sea of daylilies here. Generally, the blooming period for daylilies is only two months, but Brother Huang, the owner of Muxin Spring, has extended the blooming season to four months through his horticulture expertise, allowing flower-viewing visitors from May to August to be satisfied. During the day, you'll also get to taste culinary dishes made with daylilies! If you visit Muxin Spring in May, make sure not to leave too early; not only can you see a golden sea of daylilies during the day, but at night, you can also witness the stunning sight of fireflies dancing in the sky. For a chance to enjoy the beautiful view of glowing lights at night, you can choose to stay overnight at Muxin Spring. The accommodation is suitable for small groups or families, offering elegant rooms that can accommodate four people.

Muxin Spring Leisure Farm Introduction

Muxin Spring covers a vast area of over eight hectares. From the restaurant platform, one can gaze at the lush green primitive forests of the mountains. The farm is situated at a high altitude of 600 to 900 meters, and from the highest point, one can overlook Jiubulu Mountain to the south, Taichung Harbor to the west, and Dasyueshan to the east. The eastern side of the farm has a height difference of over 300 meters from the Dajia Riverbed, offering a breathtaking view that rivals the perspective from Taipei 101 overlooking the city. The evening scenery is especially stunning, providing a panoramic view of the colorful lights of the Taichung basin; looking up reveals a sky full of stars and bright constellations. The farm is perched atop layers of mountains, making it an ideal spot to watch the sunrise in the morning and the vibrant sunset at dusk, while the mountain peaks occasionally reveal a sea of clouds. Beyond the visual enjoyment, the auditory experience adds to the happiness, with the gentle chirping of birds, particularly the charming calls of bamboo chickens, and the soothing sound of the flowing Dajia River, all wonderful natural melodies that cleanse the soul and bring comfort. To preserve the original landscape of the mountains, the pavilions, walkways, and roofs here are all designed with a primitive and simple theme to blend into the beautiful natural environment. The farm features a parking lot and a spacious platform, with a previously existing 2-kilometer farm road expanded into a flat 4-meter-wide road. Along both sides of the road, in addition to the existing tender grasses and flowers, cherry blossoms, azaleas, wild lilies, lavender, maple trees, daylilies, and tung flowers have been planted. There are dozens of pavilions and several public restrooms available to provide the most comfortable environment for visitors. The farm includes a roughly 1-kilometer-long trail that leads visitors to another level of excitement, offering different angles to overlook the restaurant, presenting varied layouts and lines that always leave people in awe. The purpose of the farm is not only to share beautiful scenery and experiences but also to serve as a sanctuary for busy urban dwellers, allowing those living in the concrete jungle to escape the noise and relax, cleansing their tired souls, hence the name "Muxin Spring."
