The Green Environmental Learning Camp is located on the Bagua Plateau in Changhua. It was originally an old, unused military camp and serves as a successful case of repurposing idle space for urban green space revitalization and maintaining biodiversity. It integrates with the existing Bagua Mountain National Scenic Area, creating a more complete recreational tourism route.
