C-119 Flying Boxcar Park Introduction
C-119 Military Aircraft Park, the C-119 transport aircraft, also known as the "Flying Boxcar," was manufactured by Fairchild Aircraft in the United States and has a flight endurance of up to 13 hours. On October 28, 1958, the United States loaned 16 aircraft to the Republic of China Air Force, and they were officially received on July 8, 1959, replacing the C-46.
