Although the yield is lower and takes 5-6 months to harvest, the team always pursues "quality over quantity," refusing to collaborate with middlemen in order to provide consumers with the safest, non-toxic shrimp. They hope to use their success to change the attitudes of local fishermen, all working together towards the beautiful vision of sustainable management.
