Good Shrimp Joint Introduction
When you visit the Good Shrimp Community, you must not miss the "Listen to Good Shrimp" ecological pool explanation, which showcases a sustainable aquaculture method coexisting with nature; the "Play with Good Shrimp" experience, where you can catch shrimp using centipede nets; and the "Eat Good Shrimp" opportunity to enjoy truly delicious and non-toxic good shrimp! A Zheng, a shrimp farming expert born in 1986, along with his partners, harvests shrimp in just 3 to 4 months compared to traditional farming methods that typically involve mass production. Their ecological farming approach, which includes mixed breeding with tilapia and tiger grouper, creates a natural ecological chain. Although the yield is reduced and it takes 5 to 6 months to harvest, the community members always pursue "quality over quantity," refusing to cooperate with middlemen, solely aiming to provide consumers with the safest and non-toxic good shrimp. They hope to change local fishermen's attitudes through their success, collectively striving for a beautiful vision of sustainable management.
