Good Shrimp Guy Club Introduction
At the Good Shrimp Cooperative, you cannot miss the "Listen to Good Shrimp" ecological pool explanation, showcasing sustainable farming methods that coexist with nature; "Play with Good Shrimp" where you can experience catching shrimp using centipede nets; and "Eat Good Shrimp" to enjoy truly delicious and non-toxic good shrimp! The shrimp farming expert, A-Jheng, born in 1986, and his partners, compared to conventional farming methods with mass production, can harvest shrimp in just 3 to 4 months; the ecological farming approach utilizes mixed farming with tilapia, grouper, and others to create a natural ecological chain. Although the yield is reduced and harvesting takes 5 to 6 months, the cooperative members persistently pursue "quality over quantity," refusing to work with middlemen, aiming to provide consumers with the safest, non-toxic good shrimp, while hoping to change local fishermen's attitudes through their success, as everyone seeks a beautiful vision of sustainable management together.
