Although the yield is reduced and the harvest takes 5 to 6 months, they consistently pursue "quality over quantity." They refuse to work with middlemen, solely to provide consumers with the safest, non-toxic good shrimp, and hope to use their success to change the attitudes of local fishermen, collectively striving for a sustainable and beautiful vision.
