They create a natural ecological chain by co-cultivating fish species like tilapia and grouper through ecological farming. Although the yield is lower and it takes 5 to 6 months to harvest, the Lingnan members always pursue "quality over quantity," refusing to cooperate with middlemen to provide consumers with the safest and non-toxic good shrimp, hoping to change the local fishermen's attitudes with their success, collectively striving for the beautiful vision of sustainable management.
