Although their yield is lower and harvesting takes 5 to 6 months, they always pursue "quality over quantity," refusing to cooperate with middlemen, aiming only to provide consumers with the safest and non-toxic shrimp. They hope to change the attitudes of local fishermen through their success, all in pursuit of a beautiful vision of sustainable management.
