Pig Trotter A Bucket Goose Introduction
Located in the village of Shuiwei, Fengtou, the owner was originally a pig farmer. In order to share this low-key delicacy "Family-Recipe Bucket Duck" with others, he converted the former pigsty into a特色風味餐廳 to showcase the authentic bucket duck. The bucket duck is made from locally sourced golden corn ducks, slowly roasted over charcoal, simply seasoned to achieve a crispy skin and tender, juicy meat. There’s also the beloved "Bucket Pork Trotter," which is delicious and has attracted many customers. Additionally, there are stir-fried dishes featuring locally farmed seafood such as clams and white shrimp.
