Rose Tomato Garden Introduction
Xu Chingshui, a farmer, has cultivated a stunning variety of sweet tomatoes, known as rose tomatoes due to their rose-red color. The unique taste is enhanced by the rich saline moisture present in the fruit. The successful cultivation has attracted food enthusiasts to the salt-tolerant tomatoes, bringing new life to local agriculture. The Rose Tomato Garden is located in a small village in the southwestern coastal area of Yunlin County, known as "Fengtou Shuiwei." Despite the severe salinization of the soil, it yields incredibly sweet "rose tomatoes." Perhaps in such harsh conditions, the need to survive drives the plants to grow even more resiliently, resulting in such sweet fruits.
