Xu Ching-Shui, a local farmer, has cultivated a remarkable variety known as the Rose Tomato, which bears fruit that is stunningly sweet and has a color as red as roses. The sweetness of the fruit is complemented by the rich salinity of the saline water, enhancing the unique texture of the Rose Tomato. This successful cultivation has attracted food enthusiasts and brought new vitality to local agriculture. The Rose Tomato Garden is located in a small village in the southwest coastal area of Yunlin County, known as "Fengtou Shuiwei." Despite the severe salinization of the soil, it is here that the incredibly sweet Rose Tomatoes thrive.
