Shicheng Service Area Introduction
The Shicheng Service Area, located approximately 300 meters from the Shicheng settlement, is a great place for travelers to take a break and enjoy the scenery. The two-story building, constructed to utilize the coastal elevation changes, connects the upper level to the parking lot, where there are small shops and spaces for tourists to rest and enjoy views of the sea. The lower level is closer to the coastline and includes public restrooms for public use. The aroma of coffee relaxes visitors at Shicheng, where the first distinctive scenic coffee house in the Northeast Coast has been established after renovation by the management office. The coffee house features a design with more windows and fewer walls for better ventilation, enhancing the experience of the beautiful surroundings. As you progress along the coastal highway, gazing toward the azure Pacific Ocean, the appearance of this coffee shop brings a feeling of unexpected joy. Sitting on the outdoor viewing platform, enjoying a signature coffee with light snacks and soft music, the scenery in front of you changes with time. During the day, you can appreciate the distant, tranquil Guishan Island, the vast Pacific, hardworking fishermen, groups of fishing boats, and the coastal erosion platform.
