Yuanwangkeng Water Park Introduction

Surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, clear streams meander through the area, while a small park features streams, terraced fields, ecological ponds, small bridges, pavilions, and wooden walkways. Accompanied by the chirping of birds and the gentle flow of water, it creates a picturesque and elegant pastoral landscape. The Kengqing Water Park is located near the northern entrance of the Caoling Historic Trail, nestled in a tranquil valley rich in biodiversity. The stream is home to schools of native Taiwanese fish like the Formosan landlocked salmon and bitterling. There are expansive green lawns by the stream, and the pathway is lined with fragrant white wild ginger flowers. The surrounding greenery provides a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. After visiting the Caoling Historic Trail, it is worthwhile to stroll through this serene water park, where you can enjoy the sight of rustic terraced fields and natural ecological ponds from the wooden pavilion; you can also walk along the stone path by the stream to reach a large pond with a charming arch bridge and double pavilions. You can cross the bridge and walk up to the viewing bridge or simply sit at one of the pavilions on the water, quietly watching the clear lake reflecting the pavilion and the shadows of the trees, with schools of small fish swimming and lotuses blooming vividly on the water. You are welcome to visit this place to enjoy such a peaceful valley landscape and experience the joys of nature and the rare pastoral moments.
