Having been in Taiwan for more than ten years, it all started with a longing for the flavors of home, and the owner began personally making Yunnan fermented tofu, buckwheat, pickled vegetables, traditional fermented soybean cakes, and sharing them with family and friends, which gradually built a good reputation. In Yunnan households, every meal includes pickled vegetables; they are natural fermented products and healthy foods. Among them, shrimp paste is an essential condiment for local families in Myanmar. Despite its small bottle, it has a long history. It is said that one year, an emperor went to war and passed by a rural household with no dishes on the table, only shrimp paste served with rice. The emperor was curious and tried it, and upon returning to the palace, he felt that the food there lacked flavor.
