Tang Ji Rice Noodles Introduction
Eating rice noodles is a long-standing dietary habit of the people in Yunnan, especially for breakfast. Fresh rice noodles are usually blanched in boiling water for about half a minute before being placed in a bowl, then various seasonings and a sauce known as "hat" are added, followed by the soup base. The owner mentions that one of the reasons why Yunnan people love to eat rice noodles in the morning is because it’s quick. There are many rice noodle shops in the military dependents' village in Longgang, and Tang Ji Rice Noodles is one of them.
