Tang Ji Rice Noodles Introduction
Eating rice noodles has long been a dietary habit of the people in Yunnan, especially for breakfast. Fresh rice noodles are usually blanched in boiling water for about half a minute and then placed in a bowl. Various seasonings and a sauce known as "hat" are added, followed by the broth.
